Our nursing recruitment division offers two exciting pathways: the Green Card and Student Visa programs. Through the Green Card pathway, nurses join us as full-time employees, while the Student Visa program allows you to pursue a Master’s degree with 100% tuition scholarship coverage, alongside a paid internship at our facilities.

What You'll Do
The Healthcare Recruiter will play a vital role in recruiting and supporting international nurses seeking employment-based sponsorship to the U.S. or enrollment in affiliated university MSN programs. This position will be responsible for managing the entire applicant journey, from initial screening to acclimation and retention. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for helping international nurses achieve their career goals in the United States.
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Screening:
o Proactively identify and recruit qualified international nurses through various channels (online platforms, networking, referrals, etc.).
o Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess applicant qualifications, experience, and suitability for U.S. employment or MSN programs.
o Evaluate credentials and ensure applicants meet all necessary requirements.
o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future needs
o Lead and support high-volume recruitment initiatives as part of ongoing mass hiring drives
• Program & Client Liaison:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for international nurse applicants, providing guidance and support throughout the application process.
o Effectively communicate program details, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
o Prepare and present applicant profiles to clients (hospitals, healthcare facilities) or affiliated universities for endorsement.
o Maintain excellent relationships with client hospitals and university staff.
• Application & Immigration Support:
o Assist applicants with the preparation and submission of required documentation for employment-based sponsorship petitions or university applications.
o Provide guidance on visa processes and immigration requirements.
o Collaborate with immigration attorneys or specialists as needed.
• Acclimation & Retention:
o Coordinate with the acclimation team to ensure a smooth transition for nurses arriving in the U.S.
o Provide ongoing support to nurses during their employment or academic program, addressing any challenges or concerns.
o Develop and implement strategies to enhance nurse retention and satisfaction.
o Maintain regular contact with nurses to ensure program success.
• Data Management & Reporting:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records and databases.
o Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, applicant progress, and program outcomes.
o Track and manage leads effectively.
Skills
• Proven experience in recruitment and volume hiring.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and international nurse recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, applicants, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ATS and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with immigration processes is a plus.
